Setsu (攝)
"You're saying I'm too sweet... that you don't want to corrupt me. That's it, you know. That's how I get away with things."
A soft exterior, an innocent smile. Setsu is often misunderstood to be an "innocent little girl", but irrespective of the fact that she has well aged out of that bracket, she uses her looks to get away with things.
It's been part of the reason that she has struggled so much, and it's a form of self-protection. She puts up barriers and keeps her head down, letting others do the talking while she does the planning.
Her life is in the dumps, and when she's wandering the streets one night, she finds someone in a similar position; Ryou, a peer of hers with a shit-eating grin, and empty eyes behind a hollow smile.
Despite the sympathy and shallow affection she often gains from people, she feels very hollow inside; in her head, none of them understand her deepest desires, her want for chaos.
When she meets someone like Ryou, instead of trying to fix her perceived problems, she leans into them, letting herself revel in it. She was always broken, as she had long been told. If that's the case, why does she have to pretend to want to fix it?

One night on the street, Setsu sees the mysterious Ryou, a youngster around her age who seems to be singlemindedly pursuing the further spreading of chaos in the world.
Setsu finds this goal relatable, and the two quickly get close - both romantically and in the sense that they are fueling each other's bad sides.
